By earning a dual technical and managerial degree, the in&ma work-study students are immediately prepared to step into their positions. For 30 years, our first and second-year master’s degree-granting work-study programs, which are recognized by the French government, have allowed business engineering and industrial managers to join a range of businesses from SMEs to large groups both in France and abroad.

in&ma is a smaller, more intimate school whose curricula are based on wide-ranging and varied courses given by professionals and the students’ professional projects, which are done in the host companies and completed with support and input from a tutor and the teaching staff.

GET INVOLVED AND GET MOTIVATED, BECOME A TUTOR

Each student hosted in your company must be supervised by a tutor. Chosen by the company’s director, this tutoring employee plays a central role as both the contact for the student and in&ma. The tutor’s duties include welcoming, integrating and assisting the young person in taking up their position while also following their development over the months. This tutoring should be viewed as project management since it is a significant role for which in&ma provides specific support.
